Privacy Policy for mobile applications: Xmarton, XCAR, XFLEET, Go Share

By using our mobile applications, you agree that Xmarton may automatically use some information and data that the user has given permission to use during installation/update/or during use. This may include, for example:

• Foreground location is used to display the user's location on the map and to search for Bluetooth devices to automatically connect to the vehicle when the application is in use.
• Background location is only used to find Bluetooth devices when the app is not in use. The location is only used locally and the data is not sent anywhere or otherwise processed.

Any data obtained directly by Xmarton is not shared with any third party and Xmarton uses it only for its own use in order to enable the provision of selected functions of mobile applications and for anonymous analysis of the use of these applications in order to improve the services provided. The obtained data can be stored in Xmarton for an unlimited period of time in order to provide users with the required services.

Xmarton can also use the data that the user provides to the operators of individual mobile device platforms (Android, iOS, Windows) and that this operator provides to application developers, such as Xmarton, according to its own privacy policy. This may include, for example, the model and ID of your device, IP address, MAC address, information about the use of our applications and more. Xmarton never aims to identify you as a person.

Within its mobile applications, Xmarton may also use third-party services for the purpose of providing, for example, anonymized statistical data on application usage, application crashes, etc. These services are subject to their own user data protection policies available from the providers of these services. If you do not agree with the above policies, please do not use our mobile applications.
